The first half started off with a bang with Tim Mitchell scoring off a mall early in the game. Then two tries in quick succession from Scott Cohen and another in the corner from Elliot Lucas put the game out of reach early. Then, after 5 minutes of Northolt Pressure, Actonians ran it out from their own 22. It's gone through the hands of 10 different players and went all the way up the pitch, until it was passed to DJ just outside the 5-metre line. The pass went awry, and he dropped it, fumbling a potential try of the season contender.
The second half picked up from where we left off with Tim Mitchell getting over early for his second. The rest of the half was a good time to be a back-three player with lots of space opening up. Alex DeBacker got 2, Euan got 1, and Will managed to get over on his debut. Tim then saw the wingers and got jealous, so he decided to run the pitch for a true winger's finish. Actonians then gave up a deserved consolation try to Northolt on their home turf, and the ref decided to call it a day a little early. The game ended 7-69 to Actonians.
